About the role
Ener Tech Solutions Sdn. Bhd., a leading provider of innovative engineering solutions, is seeking a talented and experienced Project Engineer to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. This role is crucial in driving the successful delivery of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to close-out, all while working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our company’s strategic objectives.

What you’ll be doing
– Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring effective resource allocation
– Coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure seamless project execution
– Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and provide regular updates to the management team
– Ensure projects adhere to all relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
– Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, contributing to the overall success of the project
– Participate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules

What we’re looking for
– Diploma/Degree in Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Project Engineer role
– Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
– Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex engineering projects within defined timelines and budgets
– Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
– Proficient in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
– Adaptable to changes and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
